“Be it resolved that the Church Conference of Perdido Bay United Methodist Church on this 10 th  day of June, 2020, approve the detailed plans and specifications developed by the PBUMC Building Committee for new construction and remodeling as outlined in Addendum I; approve the reliable and detailed estimate of cost, $4,980,000, developed by the PBUMC Building Committee for new construction and remodeling as outlined in Addendum II; and approve the PBUMC Board of Trustees to execute a loan contract with BBVA developed by the PBUMC Finance Committee as outlined in Addendum III.”
